Everyone
participating in Troop activities must complete a Medical Form part "A"
and "B". Individuals attending a camp out that is 72 hours or
longer (summer camps) will need to also complete Part "C" of the
medical form. Part "C" requires that you make an appointment with
a doctor and get a physical.
Scouts and Adults are responsable for providing a medical form for each scouting event.
